Terms of service

By using ChronOak you confirm you are at least 13 years old (18 to buy credits) and that you own or have permission to use any photo you upload. Don't upload photos of minors without guardian consent, or of other people without their consent.

You may not use the service to create sexual, hateful, harassing, deceptive or illegal content, or to impersonate others. We may block uploads and accounts that break these rules.

Credits are one-time purchases, don't expire and have no cash value. Generations that fail are refunded in credits automatically. For payment issues contact support@chronoak.com within 14 days.

AI output can be imperfect. You may use your results for personal and commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights (for example, trademarks of characters or costumes).

Costume names are used descriptively. ChronOak is not affiliated with any film studio or trademark owner.
