Try before you buy a pet costume
Every October millions of people search for a dog or cat Halloween costume, and plenty of those costumes end up worn once, or not at all, because the pet hates the hat or the colour looks wrong. Here you can see the look on your own pet first, in a few seconds and without wrestling anyone into a cape.
Upload one clear photo of your cat or dog and pick one of six original costumes. The AI repaints the photo: it adds the costume and Halloween lighting, and it is told to keep your pet's breed, face, fur colour and markings, pose and background. All costumes are our own designs, with no film or cartoon characters and no brand logos.
The result is a landscape picture you can download and share, or use to decide which real costume to order. Your first image is free.

Pumpkin pet costume
The friendliest look and the one that suits almost every animal. Orange works especially well on golden, cream, black and brindle fur, and on big dogs that sit still. The padded vest keeps the face fully visible, so even shy pets look like themselves. Pick it for a family Halloween card or a first costume.
Witch pet costume
A pointy hat and a little cape, plus a tiny broom on the floor. It looks best on cats and small dogs with an alert, upright pose, and tabby, grey or black fur gives the classic witch's cat feel. If your pet has big ears, the hat sits between them, which usually looks even funnier.
Vampire pet costume
A dramatic black cape with a tall red-lined collar and playful toy fangs, in moody candlelight. It suits dogs with a broad chest and a calm expression, and pets with a slightly grumpy face make the funniest vampires. Light fur stands out most against the dark cape.
Little devil pet costume
Shiny red horns on a headband and a pointed tail, in warm red light. Perfect for the cat or puppy who knocks things off tables. It works on any fur colour, and because it adds very little to the body, it is the best pick for pets photographed lying down or curled up.
Ghost pet costume
The bedsheet ghost, with holes cut out so your pet's eyes and nose still show. It is cute rather than scary, and it suits dogs of every size, plus cats that sit upright. Darker fur around the eyes makes the face pop through the sheet. Great for a funny before-and-after post.
Bat pet costume
Black felt bat wings and small bat ears, under cool moonlight. It looks great on cats of any colour and on small dogs, and grey or white fur makes the wings stand out most. For the best result use a photo where your pet faces the camera with some space on both sides for the wings.

What it costs
An image costs 5 credits, so a pack makes about 4, 10 or 24 images. Paid images have no watermark. No subscription.
Questions about pet Halloween costumes
Is the pet Halloween costume generator free?
Your first pet costume image is free with a small watermark, no account needed. After that, one-time credit packs start at $4.99 for 20 credits, and an image costs 5 credits (about 4 images for $4.99). Credits never expire and there is no subscription. Buying credits removes the watermark from your free image at no extra cost.
Which animals does it work with?
Cats and dogs, any breed and size. Other pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs or birds sometimes work, but we don't promise good results for them.
Will my pet still look like my pet?
The AI is told to keep the same breed, face, eye colour, ear shape, fur colour and markings, body size and pose, and to change only the costume and the light. A sharp photo at eye level gives the most faithful result. If one misses, try again.
Can I put two pets in one photo?
Not yet. Upload one cat or dog per image. With several animals in one photo the AI may dress only one of them or mix up their markings.
Do you keep my pet photos?
Your upload is only used to create your image and isn't stored. Results are deleted automatically after 72 hours. We never use your photos for training or share them.
Can I post the pictures on Instagram or TikTok?
Yes. Download the image and use it as a post, story, profile picture or on your pet's own account. Free images carry a small watermark; images made with credits don't.
Can I dress up as well, to match my pet?
Yes. Use the AI Halloween costume generator on our site with a selfie: there you can pick a witch, vampire or pumpkin head look that matches your pet's costume, and post the two pictures side by side.
